Being only 30 yards from the shingle beach it would also be appealing to fishermen.
The property is set within mature gardens with beautiful views of the estuary and across to the Isle of Arran.
The cottage is of traditional construction and is enhanced by double glazed windows, oil fired central heating and a detached single garage.
Accommodation within the cottage comprises an entrance/breakfast porch, charming lounge/dining area with feature fireplace and multi fuel stove, bathroom with electric shower and bath, kitchen (which is in need of upgrading) and upstairs, 2 bedrooms with display cupboards and shelves.
The garden has a raised, paved area ideal for BBQs/entertaining and enjoying the surrounding views.

Kilcreggan forms part of the Rosneath Peninsula which is surrounded by some of Scotland's most spectacular and picturesque scenery. The peninsula itself has a vibrant social life with Cove Burgh Hall (only ten minutes walk from the property) enjoying a busy programme of events including cinema, music shows, plays, yoga, art classes and much more. There are numerous clubs too including a camera club, historical society, literary society to name but a few. Centre 81 in Garelochhead has a gym and also runs many fitness classes.
