Like many people who move to this area we migrated, south from Croydon as the children had flown the nest and we wanted to move out towards the countryside.

We were really impressed with the private road and whilst the bungalow required updating, we could see beyond that.

Since moving in we have re-fitted the kitchen and the bathroom, added the conservatory and have kept on top of ongoing maintenance.

I will miss the peace and quiet of living in this setting. There's been a great community spirit without everyone being on top of each other. I'll also miss the outlook and position too.
