When I was considering a move from St Lawrence to be closer to town I saw this property and fell in love with the space and view it had to offer. I have made the property more modern with new décor and furnishings but kept the charm and character of the original features. The window seat is a favourite spot of mine and doubles as a useful storage space. A real bonus of the apartment is its own private garden and the fact I could bring my dog here. The garden is decked and is easy to maintain and allows me to sit outside and enjoy the summer sunshine. The only reason I am now moving is due to health reasons as I am finding the stairs down to the apartment a bit too much.
